May 1995 - December 2005: Sydney. Various roles as an Identification Botanist, PhD student, working on Dillwynia, Rare & Threatened Flora, ID Botanist for AVH (2002-04).
August 2009 - January 2013: Perth. Flora surveys, Rare & Threatened Flora, describing new species of plants.
February 2013 - 2020s: Alice Springs. Senior Botanist, Northern Territory Herbarium, NT.
Currently curates the Alice Springs Herbarium, the only arid specialist herbarium. Additionally to curation, also identifies plants, involved in weed and Threatened Species information, and community outreach programmes. His interests are in arid Australian flora, phytobiogeography of arid Australia and the Australian Monsoon Tropics (AMT), Australian botanical history, and on the phylogeny of Dillwynia and associated species (Fabaceae: Faboideae: Mirbelieae).
