In 2021 Jennifer was a Researcher, The University of Queensland and Threatened Species Recovery Hub (part of The National Environmental Science Program), Centre for Biodiversity and Conservation Science, UQ.
She lived and worked in western Queensland for at least ten years. In 2014 she submitted her PhD thesis at the University of Queensland examining ecological change in inland eastern Australia since pastoral settlement, using a combination of historical sources, grazing
exclosures and rare plant surveys.
