Nuremberg engraver Sturm was the son of Johann Georg Sturm, also a Nuremberg engraver. Jacob Sturm was the most famous engraver of natural history publications in Germany at the end of the eighteenth and beginning of the nineteenth century.
Engraver for C.Gaertner�s Supplement to De Fructibus et Seminibus Plantarum (1805-1807). Jakob Sturm was a major engraver for Deuschlands Flora during the 1800s.
