| Thallus foliose, loosely to closely adnate, 2–8 cm wide, 30–60 µm thick, leaden grey to olivaceous. Lobes rotund, ±strongly undulate or concave, 5–8 mm wide; apices ±recurved; margins ±entire ±undulate; surfaces smooth or roughened, matt, not isidiate. Lower surface naked or with short compacted rhizine bundles. Apothecia laminal, sessile or shortly pedicellate, 0.5–2.0 mm wide; thalline exciple ±prominent, finally recurved, usually pale tan or concolorous with thallus; disc concave to ±strongly convex, finally hiding exciple. Ascospores ellipsoidal to narrowly ellipsoidal, submuriform, 28–36 × 7–10 µm; apices subobtuse to acute. Pycnidia submarginal to marginal. Conidia 4–5 µm long; apices ±swollen. | ||
| Known in Australia from two somewhat atypical Qld specimens. Also in Indonesia, Papua New Guinea and the Philippines. Grows on bark and moss. | ||
