Thallus foliose loosely adnate, 3–6 cm wide, 60–150 µm thick, bluish leaden grey. Lobes oblong to narrowly oblong, concave, 0.5–2.5 mm wide; margins ascending or incurved, ±plicato–undulate, ±lacinulato-lobulate or isidiate. Upper surface ±matt, prominently wrinkled, sparsely to moderately isidiate; isidia irregularly squamuliform. Lower surface more strongly wrinkled. Apothecia laminal, sessile, 1–2 mm wide; discs ±flat, reddish brown; thalline exciple verruculose or wrinkled, pale tan; apex ±isidiate. Ascospores ellipso-fusiform, 20–28 × 9–13 µm; apices acute to subobtuse or acuminate. Pycnidia not seen. | ||
Known from north-eastern Qld, growing on bark. Also in the Philippines. | ||
