| Thallus off-white to pale grey, smooth to subtuberculate. Ascomata lirelliform, inconspicuous, scattered, concolorous with the thallus, unbranched, straight, curved or sinuous, with a conspicuous thalline margin, 1–2 mm long, 0.2–0.3 mm wide; lips closed. Proper exciple lacking. Hymenium 120–140 µm thick. Ascospores 4–8 per ascus, elongate, transversely 16–18-locular, 40–56 × 7–8 µm, I–, with a thin halo (epispore) 1–2 µm wide. CHEMISTRY: Protocetraric acid. |
