Thallus green to grey, smooth. Pseudostromata irregular, not distinctly raised, whitish, lacking pigments. Hamathecium not inspersed. Ascospores 3-septate, 20–23 × 7–9 μm. CHEMISTRY: Thallus and pseudostromata UV+ yellow, K–, containing lichexanthone (or 1,8-dihydroxy-3,6-dimethoxyxanthone). |

Rare on bark in north-eastern Qld. Pantropical, mostly in open, lowland areas. | ||
