Thallus yellowish to olive-green, lacking pseudocyphellae, corticate. Ascomata mostly in groups of 2–6, with fused ostioles, flask-shaped, erumpent from the substratum, sometimes partly covered by the thallus, c. 0.4–0.6 mm diam. Ascomatal wall lacking crystals, to 200 μm thick; ostiole lateral, pale. Hamathecium not inspersed with oil droplets, IKI–. Ascospores massed in the ascomatal cavity, 8 per ascus, irregularly biseriate, 3-septate, ellipsoidal, with rounded ends, brown, 12–15 × 4.5–6.5 μm; lumina angular, separated by (1–) 3 additional eusepta; terminal lumina separated from the exospore by an endospore layer. CHEMISTRY: No substances detected. |

Known only from the type collection from Papua New Guinea and a single Qld specimen. | ||
