  Thallus green to yellowish, smooth to somewhat bullate. Ascomata solitary, superficial, or the sides covered by the thallus. Pseudostromata absent. Hamathecium inspersed or not. Ascospores 3-septate, 20–25 × 7–10 μm.
CHEMISTRY: Thallus and pseudostromata K–, UV–; no substances detected.
     
  A common, corticolous species in northern N.T., eastern Qld and eastern N.S.W.; mainly pantropical and subtropical.
